£4.95 is charged for any order up to the amount of £100
Free postage for any order over £100

Feel free to contact us about any questions that you might have and to arrange postage outside the UK.

Please note: If your order is over a certain weight you might incur extra delivery charges. In this event you will be contacted directly. Also changes to delivery addresses after placing an order will incur another delivery charge.

Your signature is normally required on delivery of order. We therefore recommend that parcels be sent to a work address. (where convenient )

On rare occasions parcels go missing.
If for any reason you have not received your parcel within 28 days of ordering. Please call us and allow us to carry on the investigation.

Returns
We are a small company and will endeavor to meet all your needs. Lulu & Nat will aim to ship all orders within 7 days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy to credit you.

Please obtain a certificate of posting which is free from any post office when returning goods.

All we ask is that you return it to us unused and in its original packaging.
