Most orders are sent out within 24 - 48 hours.  And we use a variety of couriers from Evri to Fedex which normally deliver within 48 hours within the uk.  If you need your order very quickly then get in touch and we can send it the next day delivery.

We hope you will be happy with your purchases however if you are not please notify us by email within 7 days and return it to us within 14 days. You are welcome to come to our studio in North London to see the product in person or we do pop up all over the place so have a look on our pop ups and fairs page for the info of our next event.

Yes we ship globally, with your location available to select at check out. Please see our shipping and deliveries page for the rates we charge. We just charge you for the cost of the courier and you will need to pay the import duties & taxes required for your country in order to receive your goods.

Yes we do so if your order is a gift for someone the you can add a gift wrap and note service for £5 and your order will be sent out beautifully wrapped
