If you have any questions then get in touch, we are here to help. Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions however please do get in touch if you need any further help. Either email us on info@luluandnat.com or pop a question in the pop up facility and we will respond to you as quickly as we can.
Most orders are sent out within 24 - 48 hours. And we use a variety of couriers from Evri to Fedex which normally deliver within 48 hours within the uk. If you need your order very quickly then get in touch and we can send it the next day delivery.
We hope you will be happy with your purchases however if you are not please notify us by email within 7 days and return it to us within 14 days. We do not refund the original postage and also you need to pay for the return postage. Details of our return address are here (link to returns & exchange page, or copy address here).
If you would like to exchange an order for something else then please do get in touch and we can arrange that for you.
You are welcome to come to our studio in North London to see the product in person or we do pop up all over the place so have a look on our pop ups and fairs page for the info of our next event.
Yes we ship globally, with your location available to select at check out. Please see our shipping and deliveries page for the rates we charge. We just charge you for the cost of the courier and you will need to pay the import duties & taxes required for your country in order to receive your goods.
Yes you can if you sign up to our newsletter. You will receive 10% off your first order. Also if you join our mailing list you will be the first to know about new collections and sales.
Yes we do so if your order is a gift for someone the you can add a gift wrap and note service for £5 and your order will be sent out beautifully wrapped
